Spencer Viele – University of Wisconsin-Stout

Spencer with ST Louis Bandits NAHL

Born in Grand Rapids, MI. Was a student of Racine Goalie Academy over 8 years, and a summer camp instructor for 3 years. Spencer V was known for hard work and quick feet and dedication to technique.

Spencer helped his St Louis AAA Blues team in 2010/2011 win its first ever Regional Championship and earn a spot at Nationals! In one game at the 2009 Nationals, he stopped 50/51 shots against Colorado Thunderbirds! Viele Posted a 24-4-6 record in 2010/2011 with u18 St. Louis AAA Blues along with a 1.8 GAA, 93.1 save percentage, and 8 shutouts.

2011-2012 he played for St Louis Bandits of he NAHL and reached the Robertson Cup National Championship game. Received 2012-2013 NAHL Robertson Cup All Tournament Goalie. In 2012-2013 with Topeka Road Runners NAHL he went 28-9-3, 2.19GAA, 92.4%. Spencer ended with 52 Career NAHL regular season Wins!

Viele Committed to Wisconsin – Stevens Point in fall of 2013 then moved to University of Wisconsin-Stout where he posted 17 wins in 3 years.
