Wyatt Sloan

Robert Morris University

Wyatt grew up going to Racine Goalie Academy and Bruce had a big impact on Wyatt’s future.

At the end of a summer camp, Bruce talked to Wyatt about how he could be the number one goalie for his high school and his potential for playing on higher-end teams. Bruce basically gave a wake-up call to Wyatt, and he ended up working hard and putting in the effort to always be game-ready!

Wyatt grew up playing for St. Peter’s Spirit and Chesterfield Falcons CSDHL. Wyatt played high school hockey for Fort Zumwalt West and in his senior year played for Team Missouri in America’s Showcase.

After high school, Wyatt went to go play hockey in the WSHL for Cheyenne Stampede one year and the Utah Outliers the following year.

Wyatt attended college at Robert Morris University (RMU) outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Where He ultimately decided to hang up the skates until he got asked to be their emergency goalie. At RMU Wyatt studied sport psychology because his senior year of high school he sustained a concussion. No one knew how to help him regain his form, he struggled most of the season to regain confidence and his ability to be a goalie. He wants to now give back by helping goalies be fundamentally better but also provide mental skills so all goalies have a chance to reach their true potential!
